In compliance with LR 9.6.1, the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (in the case of the Annual Report, in machine-readable XHTML web browser format) and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. In compliance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required pursuant to DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text in the Annual Report, which is available to view via the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website. \n \nThe 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.30 am (London time) on Thursday 23 May 2024 at the offices of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London, UK, EC2A 2EG. Please refer to the Notice for further information.
