Accordingly, Capco and Shaftesbury are pleased to confirm that the CMA Condition has been satisfied.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Court sanction hearing is expected to take place on 2 March 2023 and subject to the satisfaction or waiver (if capable of waiver) of the remaining Conditions, the Merger is expected to complete on 6 March 2023. The Merger received the necessary approvals from Capco Shareholders and Shaftesbury Shareholders at the respective shareholder meetings held on 29 July 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n Further announcements will be made in due course and an updated timetable of principal events relating to the Scheme is set out in the appendix to this announcement.
