Both documents are available electronically on the Company's website at www.capitalandcounties.com.\n \nIn compliance with LR 9.6.1 copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/UK/NSM\n \nAttention is drawn to the Company's Audited Preliminary Results which were published on 24 February 2016. In accordance with DTR 6.3.5, information has been extracted from the Annual Report and is included in the Audited Preliminary Results which were released on 24 February 2016. This constitutes the material required by DTR 6.3.5 to be communicated to the media in unedited full text through a Regulatory Information Service. \n \nA hard copy of the Annual Report and Notice will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information in hard copy on 30 March 2016.
