[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9712Z Capital & Counties Properties Plc 20 March 2017 \n\nCapital & Counties Properties PLC (the \"Company\")\n \nANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT 2016 AND NOTICE OF 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING\n \nCapital & Counties Properties PLC has today published the following documents:\n \n· Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2016 (\"Annual Report\");\n \n· Notice of 2017 Annual General Meeting (\"Notice\"); and\n \n· Scrip Dividend Scheme Booklet (\"Booklet\") in relation to the Capital & Counties Properties PLC scrip dividend scheme which the Company seeks approval to renew at the 2017 Annual General Meeting.\n \nEach of these documents is available electronically on the Company's website at www.capitalandcounties.com.\n \nIn compliance with LR 9.6.1 copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/UK/NSM\n \nAttention is drawn to the Company's Audited Preliminary Results which were published on 22 February 2017. In accordance with DTR 6.3.5, information has been extracted from the Annual Report and is included in the Audited Preliminary Results which were released on 22 February 2017. This constitutes the material required by DTR 6.3.5 to be communicated to the media in unedited full text through a Regulatory Information Service. \n \nA hard copy of the Annual Report, Notice and Booklet will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information in hard copy on 29 March 2017.
