[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 5534P\n Severn Trent PLC\n 10 June 2020\n \n \n \n \n Severn Trent Plc - Annual Report, Sustainability Report and Notice of the Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n Severn Trent Plc (the \"Company\") announces that it has today published its 2020 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\"). \n \n \n \n \n \n Copies of the following documents have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's Electronic Submission Service and may shortly be viewed on the National Storage Mechanism at: \n \n https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n · \n Annual Report and Accounts 2020; \n \n \n · \n Notice of AGM; and\n \n \n · \n Form of Proxy.\n \n \n \n \n \n The 2020 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are available on the Severn Trent Plc website at \n \n www.severntrent.com\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n In light of the UK Government's response to COVID-19, the AGM is to be held as a closed meeting and shareholders and their proxies will not be able to attend in person. Shareholders are encouraged to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy forms either electronically or by post.\n \n The voting results of all resolutions proposed at the Meeting will be announced as soon as possible after the Meeting.\n \n \n \n \n \n Shareholders are invited to submit questions in advance of the AGM to \n \n [email protected]\n \n .
