Severfield plc (the "Company") announces that its annual general meeting will be held at Aldwark Manor on 4^th September 2018 at 12 noon.

The annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018, notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy have been posted, or made available, to shareholders on 3^rd August 2018.

These documents will be available on the Company's website and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
