Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further \n 528,746 \n shares under its block listing facility of 1st July 2021.\n \n \n As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at \n 309,347,165 \n and the total number of voting rights in the Company is \n 309,347,165\n .
