(“Shinju Spirits”), today announced the appointment of Japanese whisky industry veteran, Mr. Tomoya Daimon to serve in the following key leadership roles:• Member of the Board of Directors, Shinju Spirits, Inc. • Founding Member of the Advisory Board, SETO Holdings, Inc. This dual appointment reflects the companies’ appreciation for Mr. Daimon’s contributions to the development and growth of their flagship brand, Shinju Japanese Whisky, as well as his cultural and operational expertise and alignment with the companies’ long-term global growth strategy. Mr. Daimon will continue to serve as the lead operations liaison between Shinju Spirits and its Japanese distillery, logistics partners, and other strategic relationships in the region.
