In\n celebration of the campaign's tenth anniversary, Shoppers Drug Mart has\n planted a virtual tree at www.shoppersdrugmart.ca with an ongoing contest to award the province raising the most funds\n each week.\n\n\n\"I was thrilled to learn of the generous donation from Shoppers Drug\n Mart; it is like winning the lottery,\" said Jack Kobayashi, founder of\n Karen's Fund. \"This money will support 50% of the Yukon women battling\n breast cancer this year. That is significant and I am very grateful.\"\n\n\nAt the end of each week of the four week-campaign, which runs from\n September 17th, 2011 to October 14th, 2011, Shoppers Drug Mart awards $10,000 to a women's charitable\n organization in the province that has the highest contributions per\n capita, combining online and in-store donations. The beneficiary is\n then chosen through a random lottery.
