This groundbreaking partnership will see Clinique\nbeing available in selected Shoppers Drug Mart Beauty BOUTIQUE(TM) locations\nacross Canada.\n\"We are very pleased and excited by our new association with Clinique.\nShoppers Drug Mart is the first major chain drug store in North America to\npartner with this prestige brand of Estee Lauder's,\" said Glenn Murphy,\nChairman and CEO of Shoppers Drug Mart.\nDebra Hartwell, Field Sales Vice President for Clinique Laboratories\ncommented by saying, \"Clinique is very excited about our new partnership with\nShoppers Drug Mart and looking forward to a very successful future.\"\nShoppers Drug Mart's Beauty BOUTIQUE(TM) strategy began in 2003 and has\ngrown significantly to the point where there will be nearly 100 Beauty\nBOUTIQUEs by year end with a further 40 to 50 planned to open in 2007. This\npartnership will give Clinique access to a growing consumer segment that is\ncurrently not available to Clinique through the traditional prestige cosmetic\nretailers in Canada. Shoppers Drug Mart will be able to not only provide its\ncustomers with the products they want, but this partnership will also serve as\na strong platform from which to continue building its prestige cosmetic market\nshare in Canada.\nClinique is one of the brands owned and operated by Estee Lauder Co.
