It's one of\n more than 100 Shoppers Drug Mart stores reducing their environmental\n footprint by building in energy-efficiency measures early in the store\n design. Representatives from the Ontario Power Authority's High\n Performance New Construction (HPNC) program will be on hand to recognize\n Shoppers Drug Mart for its energy efficiency efforts at the store's\n opening.\n \n\n Local residents and media are invited to attend the grand opening ribbon\n cutting ceremony where the first 1,000 customers will receive a free\n Shoppers Drug Mart Eco-Bag.\n \n\n "We're proud to work with companies like Shoppers Drug Mart to help them\n improve energy efficiency," said Susan Clinesmith, Program Manager for\n the HPNC program with Enbridge Gas Distribution.
