Nov. 17, 2009 (Canada NewsWire Group) --

TORONTO, Nov. 17 /CNW/ -- Congratulations to David Allen and Orma Allen - both of Lansdowne- who said yes to ENCORE and won $1,000,000 from the November 6, 2009 draw.

"At first I saw three numbers and then I had them all," an excited Orma Allen told Toronto Prize Centre staff. "I was up all night waiting to call my son and tell him we had won," she went on to say. "I didn't believe it at first; I had to check it a few times before I believed it," David Allen excitedly said. "We are both still in shock." 77 year-old Orma plans to buy a new lawnmower and complete some home renovations with her windfall. 46 year-old David plans to take a vacation and save for the future.

The winning ticket was purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart located on King Street West in Gananoque.
