[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n\n\n SERABI MINING plc (\"Serabi\" or \"the Company\")\n\n Comment on recent share activity\n\n\nThe Directors of Serabi note recent activity in its shares and\nmovements in its share price\n\nAs announced by the Company on 18 August 2009, the Directors'\ncontinue to work closely with its advisers on indentifying new\npotential funding for the Company and progress discussions with\nparties that may result in the sale in whole or part of its mining\nand exploration assets. The Directors are also pursuing\nopportunities that might result in an injection of new capital either\ninto the Company or directly into its Brazilian operating subsidiary.\nIn addition, the Company is also working to raise \"soft loans\" from\none of the Brazilian development agencies SUDAM.
