[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n\n\n SERABI MINING plc (\"Serabi\" or \"the Company\")\n\n Result of General Meeting\n\n\nSerabi Mining plc announces that at the General Meeting of the\nCompany held on 28 January 2009, shareholders approved all the\nordinary and special resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting\ndated 31 December 2008.\n\nPrior to the resolutions being approved the Company had a share\ncapital comprising 140,139,065 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each.\nFollowing the approval of the resolutions, the Company has\nsub-divided this share capital into 140,139,065 Ordinary Shares of\n0.5 pence and 140,139,065 Deferred shares of 9.5 pence.\n\nApplication has been made for the new Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence\neach to be admitted to trading on AIM commencing 29 January 2009.\nDealings in the old Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each will cease.
