LLP, 66 Lincoln's Inn Fields\nLondon WC2A 3LH England at 2.00 pm. The Company expects to issue the formal\nnotice of the meeting, together with proxy voting forms and copies of the\nCompany's 2010 Annual Report on or before 30(th) May 2011.\n\n 1. Certain resolutions to be proposed at the meeting will be special\n resolutions requiring approval of more than 75% of the votes cast.
