As a result of aforementioned transactions, the Company's share capital has increased on 26 September 2025 from EUR 6,258,283.87 to EUR 6,542,176.98 and the number of issued and outstanding shares has further increased from 60,404,799 to 63,145,080 ordinary shares, through the issuance of a total of 2,740,281 new shares.
