Seplat Energy Plc has announced that Engineer Saidu Aliyu Mohammed has withdrawn his acceptance of an Independent Non-Executive Director appointment, effective January 1, 2026, due to a conflict of interest arising from his new role as Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA).
