[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3393B Seplat Petroleum Development Co PLC 29 January 2020 \n\nSeplat Petroleum Development Company Plc\n(\"Seplat\" or \"the Company\")\nCorporate Actions\nLagos and London - January 29, 2020: The following announcement is being made in accordance with Rule 4 of the Nigerian Stock Exchange Amended Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.11 of the UKLA Listing Rules.\n \nResignation of a Non-Executive Director: The Board of Directors of SEPLAT today announces the retirement of Mr. Michel Hochard as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Hochard in his role as the Chief Executive officer of Maurel & Prom (\"M&P\") was appointed to the Board of SEPLAT in 2009 as a nominee of M&P and served meritoriously before his retirement.\n \nAppointment of a Non-Executive Director: Following the retirement of Mr. Hochard as the Chief Executive Officer of M&P and from the Board of SEPLAT, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Olivier de Langavant (who is now the Chief Executive Officer of M&P) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective January 28, 2020. Mr. Langavant now replaces Mr. Hochard as a nominee of M&P on the Board of the Company.\n \nMr. Langavant who is presently the Chief Executive Officer of M&P holds an Engineering degree from the National School of Mines of Paris.
