[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n2026 Annual General Meeting\nThe 2026 Annual General Meeting (\"the AGM\") of Senior plc will be held at the offices of Senior plc, 59-61 High Street, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RH on Friday 8 May 2026 at 11.30 am.\nThe Board attaches great importance to the AGM, as it provides shareholders a forum to hear directly from the Board on how the Company is progressing and to ask questions to the Directors. The Company encourages shareholders to submit any questions on the business of the AGM before the start of the meeting, by emailing [email protected] \nAll shareholders are recommended to vote by proxy in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of Meeting (\"the Notice\").
