Grant of Executive Share Awards
On March 11, 2026, Senior PLC announced that executive directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities were granted conditional awards of ordinary shares under the 2024 Long-Term Incentive Plan and a deferred bonus plan. These awards, which require no payment and will be satisfied by existing shares, vest in three years, with the LTIP plan also subject to performance criteria. Specifically, David Squires received 429,801 LTIP shares and 97,316 deferred bonus shares, Alpna Amar received 238,741 LTIP shares and 46,341 deferred bonus shares, Andrew Bodenham received 66,225 LTIP shares and 20,977 deferred bonus shares, Launie Fleming received 141,833 LTIP shares and 44,948 deferred bonus shares, Amy Legenza received 84,113 LTIP shares and 26,581 deferred bonus shares, Nigel Major received 81,788 LTIP shares and 25,410 deferred bonus shares, Silvia Schwark received 93,874 LTIP shares and 29,735 deferred bonus shares, Mike Sheppard received 129,746 LTIP shares and 41,467 deferred bonus shares, and James Walker received 29,230 LTIP shares.
