Completion of Aerostructures divestment
Senior plc has completed the sale of its Aerostructures business to Sullivan Street Partners, as previously announced on 18 July 2025. The company intends to use the initial net cash proceeds from this transaction to reduce net debt and initiate a £40 million share buyback programme, which is anticipated to begin after the closed period following the announcement of full-year results on 2 March 2026.
