VANCOUVER, Oct. 1 /CNW/ - Sego Resources Inc. announces the engagement of Vic Preto, Ph.D, P.Eng., as overall consultant to the company for work on the Miner Mountain Copper/Gold/Palladium Project. Miner Mountain lies immediately northeast of Princeton, BC, in the prolific Quesnel Stikine Terraine and in the Traditional Territory of the Upper Similkameen Indian Band. Dr. Preto was for many years the Regional Geologist for the British Columbia Department of Energy and Mines in this area and is considered an expert in the geological setting of the Miner Mountain Project.

The company plans a mapping program and archeological review followed by soil sampling and IP in preparation for drilling this project. Work is planned to start forthwith. Drilling is planned for late November or early December.
