[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTSX-V: SGZ\n\n\nVANCOUVER, May 12 /CNW/ - Sego Resources reports that a second set of\nassay results has been received from the 3200 metre excavator trenching\nprogram on its Miner Mountain Project. The trenching and reclamation is being\ncontracted to the Upper Similkameen Indian Band and its highly qualified\npersonnel. Mapping and sampling is being conducted by Sean Daly, P.Geo. and\nCurt Kauss and consulting is being provided by Vic Preto, Ph.D., P.Eng.\nTrenching to date in the Granby Zone has reached well mineralized bedrock in\nmany trenches where it had not been reached by historical bulldozer trenching.\nIn addition to previously released results, the Company has new results from\ntrenches 17, 22, 23, 25, 26,and 30 of a total of 49 trenches to date. These\ntrenches continue westerly from trenches 1-14, the results of which were\nannounced in the April 24, 2008 News Release. A number of the samples in this\nsecond set of results ran (greater than)10,000 ppm copper which is the upper\nlimit of accuracy for ICP methods. For this reason Sego Resources Inc.\nre-assayed copper highs for total copper, and gold/silver highs by fire assay\nwith an ICP finish. These results are in the table.
