[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTSX-V: SGZ\n\n\nVANCOUVER, April 24 /CNW/ - Sego Resources reports that the first\nre-assays and fire assays from the 3200 metre excavator trenching program on\nits Miner Mountain Project have been received. The trenching and reclamation\nis being managed by the Upper Similkameen Indian Band and its highly qualified\npersonnel. Mapping and sampling is being conducted by Sean Daly, P.Geo. and\nCurt Kauss and consulting is being provided by Vic Preto, Ph.D., P.Eng. The\ntrenching to date, currently in what has been known as the Granby Zone, has\nreached well mineralized bedrock, most of which was not reached by historical\nbulldozer trenching. The company has new results for the first 14 trenches of\na total of 49 trenches to date. In some locations the overburden was too deep\nfor trenching to reach bedrock. A number of the samples ran greater than\n10,000 ppm copper and greater than 2 ppm gold which is the upper limit of\naccuracy for ICP methods. For this reason Sego Resources Inc. re-assayed for\ntotal copper, and gold/silver highs by fire assay with an ICP finish. These\nresults are in the table.
