The DSS technology and services are to be sold to customers in the mining industry exclusively through CAT®dealers.\n \nSeeing Machines' agreement with Wagner ensures that Wagner's mining customers will now have access to the experienced DSS sales and high standards of technical support they've come to expect from Wagner in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas.\n \nThere are over 20 CAT® dealers in the process of becoming Seeing Machines distributors and further updates will be announced as the distribution agreements are executed.\n \n\"Wagner Equipment Co. is excited to add Seeing Machines to our mining technology portfolio. We believe that the Driver Safety System (DSS) is industry leading technology that enables our customers to effectively address the risk associated with operator fatigue in their haul truck fleets. Wagner has four sites and 30 machines already equipped with Seeing Machines technology and we expect to rapidly grow our installed base.
