[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \nSeeing Machines Limited (\"Seeing Machines\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n 5 August 2025\nQ4 FY2025 Quarterly KPIs\n \nSeeing Machines technology now in over 3.7 million cars, representing strong quarterly growth of 36%\n \nGuardian hardware sales have increased by 120% quarter on quarter as production scales up to meet growing demand\n \nSeeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, publishes its quarterly Key Performance Indicators (\"KPIs\") for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 (\"Q4 FY2025\").\n \n- As expected and mentioned at the recent London Town Hall, the quarterly automotive production volumes are increasing materially as carmakers in Europe plan for the EU's General Safety Regulation (\"GSR\") that requires camera-based Driver Monitoring System (\"DMS\") technology for Advanced Driver Distraction Warning (\"ADDW\") in all new vehicles sold in Europe from July 2026 and the European New Car Assessment Program's (\"Euro NCAP\") extending protocols related to DMS for safety ratings also come into effect.\n \nQ4 FY2025 KPI highlights:\n \n- Cars on the road with Seeing Machines' Driver and Occupant Monitoring System (DMS/OMS) technology increased to 3,730,201 units, representing an increase of 69% from 12 months ago (Q4 FY2024: 2,211,422)\n- For FY2025, automotive production volumes total over 1.5 million compared with cumulative total of 1.125m for FY2024, representing growth of ~35%\n- Quarterly production of 488,294 units, up 36% from the previous quarter (Q3 FY2025: 358,162) and up 28% from the previous corresponding quarter (Q4 FY2024: 381,215), demonstrating continued sequential growth\n- Guardian Generation 3 is now in full production and quarterly Guardian hardware sales increased by 120% to 2,536 units (Q3 FY2025: 1,151).
