[{"type":"text","content":"\n Seeing Machines Limited\n13 April 2006\n\n\n13th April 2006\n SEEING MACHINES LIMITED\n ('Seeing Machines' or 'the Company')\n\n\n NEW SCENE CAMERA PRODUCT RELEASED FOR faceLAB(TM)\n\n\nSeeing Machines (AIM : SEE) announce the release of a new Scene Camera product\nfor faceLAB(TM). Initially launched at the Eyetracking Research and\nApplications (ETRA) 2006 conference in San Diego late last month, the product is\nnow on general release and has already taken its first new sales.\n\nThis updated Scene Camera adds to faceLAB(TM) an improved ability to merge a\nlive video-feed of the subject's actual view with the data feed from\nfaceLAB(TM). The Scene Camera video feed is overlaid with information from\nfaceLAB(TM) that shows the subject's gaze direction, and optionally head pose\ndirection projected into the scene ahead. This feature is in great demand for\nthose users with dynamic viewing scenes, for example, users conducting in-car\nresearch and testing where the motion of the vehicle means that the view of the\nsubject is changing from moment to moment.\n\nNick Langdale-Smith, Seeing Machine's Director of Sales and Marketing commented:\n 'The new Scene Camera capability greatly enhances the breadth of applications\nthat can be met by faceLAB. Many of our customers with dynamic test\nenvironments have requested this feature and we are tremendously pleased to be\nable to address this issue for them with the general release of this new Scene\nCamera tool.\n\n'faceLAB has a very loyal and pro-active user community and we continue to\nengage with that group to identify ways to improve the product so that it meets\ntheir needs. We look forward to furthering that relationship and opening new\nsales opportunities with the launch of this product.'\n\nFurther details about the product can be found on the Scene Camera web site\nhttp://www.seeingmachines.com/scenecamera.htm\n\n\n-- ends --\n\nEnquiries:\nSeeing Machines Limited Insinger de Beaufort Parkgreen Communications\nNick Cerneaz, CEO Simon Fox Justine Howarth /\n Victoria Thomas\n+61 (0) 2 6125 6501 +44 (0) 20 7190 7018 +44 (0) 20 7493 3713\nwww.seeingmachines.com\n\n\n\nAbout Seeing Machines\n\nSeeing Machines is an award winning Technology Company which focuses on vision\nbased human machine interfaces.
