The line which stated\nthat, as of 31 October 2007, David Gaul's shareholding would be 1,834,000 should\nhave instead stated that this shareholding would be 1,834,800.\n\n\n Seeing Machines Limited\n ('Seeing Machines' or the 'Company')\n\n\n Completion of Placing, Issue of Shares, Directors' Interests and Change in\n Shareholdings\n\n\nSeeing Machines (AIM: SEE), a leading developer of advanced computer based\nimaging software systems, has completed the combined placings, the subject of\nthe announcements made on 24 and 25 September and 26 October, issuing a further\n47,652,000 ordinary shares at 2.5p per share bringing the total number of new\nordinary shares issued in the placings to 56,000,000 ordinary shares. The\nCompany has raised £1.4 million before expenses in the placings. The further\n47,652,000 new ordinary shares have been admitted for trading on AIM today.
