The purpose of this\ninvestigation was to build on the positive results of the CT1 clinical study\nannounced in January 2006 by further exploring the operational parameters of the\ndevice's behaviour in a clinical setting.\n\nImportantly, the outcome of this work has clearly illuminated a small number of\ndesign parameters that need further investigation prior to the introduction of\nthe device. Accordingly an additional clinical study (T13) has been instituted\nthat will explore these issues allowing for a resumption of the second phase of\nthe major CT2 study. The T13 study will commence today.\n\nThe Company is continuing to progress the other commercialisation activities\nrequired to bring the device to market including regulatory approval, hardware\ndesign and software development. All of these activities are supported by the\nrecently awarded Commercial Ready Grant from the Australian Government which\nwill allow for the expedited completion of the work. The Company remains\ncommitted to releasing the glaucoma diagnostic device during 2007.\n\n\nEnquiries:\n\n Seeing Machines Limited Insinger de Beaufort Parkgreen Communications\n Nick Cerneaz, CEO Simon Fox Justine Howarth /\n Victoria Thomas\n +61 (0) 2 6125 6501 +44 (0) 20 7190 7018 +44 (0) 20 7493 3713\n www.seeingmachines.com\n\n\n This information is provided by RNS\n The company news service from the London Stock Exchange \n ","length":2058,"tagName":"div"}]
