Non-executive director Mr William Mobbs, has been elected as the Chairman with immediate effect. \n\nMr Muir was an inaugural director of Seeing Machines, and was Chairman of the Company at the time of the IPO in 2005, having been appointed as non-executive Chairman in 2003.
