Dowgate Capital will continue to act as Joint Broker to the Company.\n On 4 March 2021, the Company provided its FY2020 Trading Update highlighting the commercial readiness of its proprietary new technology products and the post-Covid return to revenue growth of its multichannel network. The Company also underscored personnel promotions at the board level to signal its readiness for its next stage of corporate development, including investigating strategic opportunities to accelerate growth. The appointment of Panmure Gordon, with its Digital, Media and Technology franchise, represents the next step in accelerating corporate development.\n The Company plans to release its 1Q Trading Update by mid-April.\n Chairman Dr. Patrick DeSouza commented, \"Market demand for video technology products is strong and accelerating globally as a byproduct of Covid circumstances.
