[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5734J Secure Trust Bank PLC 18 July 2013 \n \n\n \nPRESS RELEASE \n \nFor immediate release \n \n18 July 2013 \n \nSecure Trust Bank PLC\n \nDirector's Dealing\n \nIn 2011, Secure Trust Bank PLC (the \"Company\") established a Share Option Scheme (the \"Scheme\"), with the main features summarised in the Company's Admission Document. \n \nAs set out in the Company's annual report and accounts, the Scheme is currently cash settled. The Board has exercised its discretion such that exercised options pursuant to the Scheme will now be equity settled. Effective today, ordinary shares (of 40 pence) in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") will be issued upon the exercise of options granted under the Scheme, with such Ordinary Shares ranking pari passu with the Company's issued Ordinary Shares on the date of exercise, save as regards any rights arising by reference to a record date prior to the date of such exercise.
