[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n06 February 2025\n \nSecure Property Development & Investment PLC ('SPDI' or 'the Company')\n \nTransfer of Ukrainian property asset to Arcona Property Fund N.V.\n \nSecure Property Development and Investment PLC (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property company, is pleased to announce the transfer of a 100% interest in the Kiyanovskiy Residence, a 0.55Ha freehold and leasehold land property near to Kyiv city centre (the 'Kiyanovskiy Residence'),  to Arcona Property Fund N.V.
