[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7094L Aisi Realty Public Limited 04 August 2011 \n \n\nAisi Realty Public Limited\n(\"Aisi\" or \"the Company\")\n \nUpdate on Proposed Investment and Capital Reorganisation \n \nAisi Realty Public Limited (AIM: AISI), a property investment company focusing on development projects and related investments in Ukraine, announces that following shareholder approval being obtained on all resolutions proposed at the First EGM and Second EGM on 17 and 24 July 2011 respectively, that the Company will proceed with implementing the Capital Reorganisation on the basis of the following key dates:\n \n\n\n\n\nRecord date for Capital Reorganisation\n\n\n5 p.m. on 8 August 2011\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEffective date for consolidation of Existing Ordinary Shares and issue of New Ordinary Shares\n\n\nExpected 8 a.m. on 9 August 2011\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \nAdmission of New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM expected 9 August 2011.\n \nPost Capital Reorganisation, the new ISIN of the Company will be CY0102102213 and the SEDOL will be B6WC674.\n \nIn addition, in order to allow completion of certain conditions precedent to the Proposed Investment by South East Continent Unique Real Estate (\"SECURE\") Management, the deadline for completion of such conditions precedent has, following agreement between the Company, the Manager and Secure Management, been further extended from 30 July 2011 to 8 a.m. 8 August 2011. The Directors are confident that the remaining outstanding conditions will be achieved shortly and that no further extensions will be required.
