[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0503M Aisi Realty Public Limited 09 August 2011  \n\nAisi Realty Public Limited\n(\"Aisi\" or \"the Company\")\n \nCompletion of Investment and Board Changes\n \nAisi Realty Public Limited (AIM: AISI), a property investment company focusing on development projects and related investments in Ukraine, is pleased to announce the completion of the investment by South East Continent Unique Real Estate Management (\"SECURE Management\"), following shareholder approval having been obtained on all resolutions proposed at the First EGM and Second EGM on 17 and 24 July 2011 respectively.  Further, the Company announces the immediate appointment to the Board of Lambros Anagnostopoulos, Antonios Kaffas, Ian Domaille and Robert Sinclair, each being nominations by SECURE Management. \n \nPaul Ensor, Chairman of Aisi commented:\n \n\"The Board is delighted with this transaction which will address our most pressing short term issues as well as put the Company in a position to take full advantage of its existing assets and its valuable strategic position in the future. The Board welcomes the new members and looks forward to working with them in the same collaborative manner that we have worked with SECURE Management in recent months in the preparations for this transaction.\"\n \nA further announcement regarding the restoration of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be made in due course.\n \nFurther details of the new directors are set out below:\n \nLambros Anagnostopoulos\n \nLambros Georgiou Anagnostopoulos, aged 48 is appointed as CEO of the Company.  Lambros brings with him a wealth of experience in the real estate sector, having been CEO of LAMDA Development S.A., a leading real estate developer listed on the Athens Stock Exchange from its incorporation in 2000 until 2006 as well as vice Chairman of the Board in EFG Eurobank Properties, the first Greek REIT listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, from 2001 until 2007 and is the founder and Managing Director of Secure Management Ltd, a company that advises on private equity property investments in South East Europe.\n \nLambros is or has been a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships during the previous five years: \n \n\n\n\n\nCurrent \n\n\nPrevious\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSecur...
