Prior to this\nhe was a member of the managing board of Bank Austria Creditanstalt\nInternational AG where he was responsible for all international commercial\nbanking activities with an emphasis on the countries of the former Soviet Union,\nSlovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, and the USA. He is an Austrian citizen and has\nworked in both Moscow and New York.\n\nCommenting on the appointment, Beso Sikharulidze, Director of Aisi, said: 'We\nare delighted that Franz has agreed to join the Board.
