(the\n \"Corporation\") (TSX - SES) is pleased to announce that all of the\n nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated April 4, 2013\n were elected as directors of the Corporation at its annual and special\n meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2013 (the \"Meeting\").
