(\"SECURE\", the \"Corporation\") (TSX: SES) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of\n \n $0.0075\n \n (\n \n 0.75 cents\n \n ) per common share payable on or about\n \n October 14, 2022\n \n , to shareholders of record on\n \n October 1\n \n , 2022. Should the payment date fall on a weekend or on a statutory holiday, the business day prior/following to the weekend or statutory holiday becomes the payment date. This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purpose of the Income Tax Act (\n \n Canada\n \n ). To be an eligible shareholder, a shareholder must be resident in\n \n Canada\n \n and must not be a \"U.S. person\" within the meaning of\n \n United States\n \n (\"U.S.\") federal securities laws.\n \n \n SECURE also announced today that it expects to release its 2022 third quarter and financial and operating results before markets open on\n \n Wednesday, November 2, 2022\n \n .
