(\"SECURE\" or the \"Corporation\") announced that it has delivered a notice of redemption (the \"Redemption Notice\") for all of its outstanding 7.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2026 (the \"Notes\") effective\n \n March 5, 2024\n \n . The aggregate principal amount of the Notes currently outstanding is\n \n $340 million\n \n . As set forth in the Redemption Notice, the redemption date will be\n \n March 22, 2024\n \n (\"the Redemption Date\"), and the redemption price is 103.625% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, the Redemption Date, all in accordance with the provisions of the indenture governing the Notes (the \"Redemption\"). Redeeming the Notes will alleviate restrictive covenants associated with shareholder returns.
