She joins from her position as Vice President Human\nResources at Maybourne Hotel Group (formerly The Savoy Group) where she has\nspent an extremely successful eight years, achieving recognition for that\ncompany in the top 100 Great Places to Work in Europe.\n\nShe has spent virtually her entire career in the hotel and hospitality industry\njoining her current employer in 1999 as Director of HR at Claridge's before\nbeing promoted to Group Director of HR in 2003. Previously she was Regional HR\nDirector (Benelux and London) with InterContinental Hotels and Resorts.\n\nDuring her career in the hotel industry Sara has become recognised as one of the\ncountry's leading HR professionals, appearing in HR Magazine's top 100 Most\nInfluential List for the past two years and is highly regarded within the\nleisure and tourism industry.\n\nGeoffroy de La Bourdonnaye, Liberty's Chief Executive, said: 'I am delighted we\nhave been able to attract such a talented and dynamic executive to the Liberty\nteam.
