(OTC:SLLN) today announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary Litigation Management Consulting Inc. of Seattle, Washington has entered into a contract with the Washington State Department of Finance to provide consulting services to help them establish a document management system across their entire enterprise. The Washington State Department of Finance regulates securities and other financial instruments and transactions in Washington State. Litigation Management Consulting was chosen for its knowledge of state of the art document management systems such as "Searchlight Software" and its extensive experience and knowledge in the implementation of this proven document management software and systems. Searchlight Systems Ltd. (www.searchlight.ca) specializes in the implementation of digital evidence and document management services, using its proprietary Searchlight TM software.
