Searchlight Signs Consulting Agreement with Award Winning Entrepreneur Luticia Hill
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada --- October 9, 2003 --- Searchlight Solutions, Ltd. (OTC:SLLN) today announced that it has entered into a consulting agreement with Luticia (Tish) Hill. Tish is an award-winning entrepreneur who is well known for her abilities to focus corporate strategies in young emerging companies and implement them in a decisive and energetic way.
Tish worked for Microsoft Corp. during Microsoft's radical restructuring and strategy move to adopt early Internet technologies. She was instrumental in both testing and utilizing early Microsoft Technologies while being responsible for and creating Microsoft's Internet presence. She then helped Microsoft's client base to become early adopters of the Microsoft Internet Technologies. During her tenure at Microsoft, Tish worked in the marketing department reporting directly to Steve Ballmer. Steve Ballmer is now the CEO of Microsoft.
Tish recognized the spin off potential of her groundbreaking role at Microsoft and with Microsoft's blessing she left Microsoft to form Sitewerks Inc. Sitewerks Inc. quickly emerged into an award-winning Internet solutions company. Sitewerks grew very quickly and won numerous management and industry awards and was targeted for acquisition by more than ten multinational corporations and was finally acquired by Bowne & Co. a billion dollar New York based financial printing company.
In 1997, Tish's company Sitewerks won two Industry Achievement Awards, "Service Provider of the Year" and "Most Promising New Company".
In 1998, she was a contributing author to the book "How The Web Was Won".
Tish has also been active in the well-known Seattle angel investor society Seraph Capital and in the Technology Alliance. Tish also is involved in the University of Washington's Technology Entrepreneur Program and is a judge at the annual business plan competition.
Tish's immediate mission is to finish writing a new business plan and to help Searchlight focus its resources during this exciting time of explosive growth. The new business plan will be incorporated into a 10sb filing that the company plans to file to upgrade its stock listing to a more senior stock exchange. Tish will also be working to organize a substantial upgrade to the Searchlight website.

Searchlight is involved as a service provider in the class action lawsuit against the Directors of Enron. The Searchlight(TM) software is being used to extract information from a mammoth Texas based digital library that contains 40 million potentially pertinent documents.
