(\"Search\" or the \"Company\") (TSXV: SMY) announces that the Company has extended its $2,000,000\n non-brokered private placement financing announced July 31, 2014 (see: Search Minerals Announces Private Placement, July 31, 2014). To date the Company has issued 14,260,000 units (the \"Units\") at a price of $0.05 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of\n $713,000.  Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company\n and one common share purchase warrant of the Company.  Each warrant is\n exercisable into one additional common share of the Company for a\n period of 24 months from closing of the private placement at an\n exercise price of $0.10.\n\n\nCompletion of the financing remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange\n approval.\n\n\nAbout Search Minerals:\nSearch Minerals Inc.
