(TSX:SMY), an\ninternational provider of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) hardware\nsolutions announced today the appointment of Mr. Ron Pinkus as the Company's\nVice President of Marketing.\nWith over 25 years of experience serving the hi-tech industry including\nthe last five in the RFID market space, Mr. Pinkus is known for his expertise\nin new product innovations. Prior to joining SAMSys, he held a number of\nsenior marketing and product management positions at leading companies such as\nExxonMobil Speedpass, Transcore, Texas Instruments, and others. His career\nachievements also include founding a prominent computer networking company.\nRon joined SAMSys in November 2004 as director of product management to\nbuild and support its vision of becoming a worldwide leader in the RFID\nmarket.
