TORONTO, Aug. 11 /CNW/ - SAMSys Technologies Inc. (TSX:SMY), an
international provider of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) hardware
solutions announced today the appointment of Mr. Mark Fletcher as the
Company's Vice President of Global Sales.
Mark brings over 20 years of experience selling technical products and
services. Prior to joining SAMSys, he was President of Blue Water
Communications, LLC, a company focused on delivering homeland security
applications. Prior to Blue Water he was Vice President of Sales with
TANDBERG. He has also held senior sales positions with British Telecom.
Mark joined SAMSys in August, 2005 as Vice President of Global Sales to
build and support its vision of becoming a worldwide leader in the RFID
market. As Vice President of Global Sales, Mr. Fletcher is responsible for all
of SAMSys' sales efforts worldwide.
