BTG is a company positioned to\ncapture value from technologies that will shape the markets of tomorrow. BTG\nfinds, develops and commercializes technologies that have significant market\npotential in the fields of science and technology.\nMr. Newble has extensive experience in financial management; fund raising\nfor both public and private companies; and the creation and growth of\ntechnology based companies in the fields of high technology and medical\ninnovation. He is also a director of KetoCytonyx Inc., a private company\ndeveloping drugs to treat neurodegenerative disorders. Mr. Newble has a BSc in\nPhysics from the University of London. He joins William McClean as the second\nof two directors which BTG is entitled to nominate.\nCliff Horwitz, Chairman of SAMSys said, \"We are delighted that David has\njoined SAMSys' board.
