He is currently a Non-Executive Director of HML Holdings Plc (\"HML\"), a property services company listed on AIM. He was heavily involved in HML's flotation process and during his time at the company the business has developed considerably. His responsibilities include being Chairman of the remuneration and audit committees. Mr. Griggs also serves as a Director of LTC Holdings Plc, an unquoted Plc with around £9m of net assets and approximately 700 shareholders. \n \nPreviously he was Finance Director for eight years at Netb2b2 Plc, an AIM listed IT company; and was Finance Director for four years of an international advertising company which went on to form part of Ntent Inc, now a leading semantic search company. Major Players Limited, a leading firm of recruiters in the digital marketing space, and winner of The Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work For, was sold to a large European multinational and subsequently sold back to original management and Mr. Griggs advised on both sales as part of his role as Non-Executive Advisor to that company. He has advised a number of digital marketing and branding companies and he has also served as Non-Executive and Finance Director of a significant environmental waste management company based in the North West.\n \nMr. Griggs originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and then moved to Spicer and Pegler (subsequently taken over by Deloitte) where he became Director of Finance. He then moved to a firm of specialist financial advisors which at the time of joining was an associated company of Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank.
