Upon completion, New Sky Global will be 55% owned by the Company. \n \nNew Sky Global is a Hong Kong-incorporated digital marketing and advertising firm, providing a full range of global digital marketing strategies. New Sky Global assists merchants and multinational corporations to simply and efficiently target potential customers in different regions, especially in China.\n \nNew Sky Global has obtained licenses on the full range of Tencent advertising channels and on mainstream Chinese media with DSP platforms. New Sky Global has also built up strong connections with Chinese social media influencers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). It can also organise digital advertising and marketing campaigns across top tier global media.
