(TSX: SEA) (NYSE: SA) (the \"Company\" or \"Seabridge\") announced today the Company has received notice from the subscriber that the 200,000 share option issued to the subscriber in connection with the $17.0 million private placement financing announced on July 23, 2019 (closed on August 2, 2019) will be exercised for additional proceeds to Seabridge of $3.4 million. No commissions were payable on the entirety of the transaction. The proceeds from the financing will be used to fund general working capital requirements.Seabridge Gold holds a 100% interest in several North American gold resource projects. The Company's principal assets are the KSM and Iskut properties located near Stewart, British Columbia, Canada and the Courageous Lake gold project located in Canada's Northwest Territories.
