[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9097A SDI Group PLC 24 January 2020 \n\n \nSDI Group plc\n(\"SDI\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \nExercise of Options\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nSDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, announces the exercise of share options by a number of employees of the Company over 300,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") (the \"Exercise\") at an exercise price of 17.2 pence per share. \n \nApplication will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 300,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on or around 31 January 2020. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFor the purpose of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, following the above issue of equity, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 97,503,951 ordinary shares of 1p each.
